4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorisation from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the same six elements above, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district (or in San Francisco County, California, if you are outside the United States) and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notification. 5. Repeat-Infringer Policy
FuelMileageCalculator.com reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of any user who is the subject of repeated copyright-infringement notifications. We track takedown requests against the underlying content URLs and, where the same content is the subject of two or more verified takedown requests, we may remove the material permanently and decline to republish it.
6. Misrepresentations
Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
